My daughter was clinically diagnosed with ADD and Dyslexia. At first she did not want to continue tutoring, but it really was more a matter of insecurity than anything else. I believe more today than ever it was the exact right thing to afford her. We’ve seen a tremendous difference in her ability in schooling including spelling, reading and testing. We’re very grateful for the program and staff.

     Mrs. Brafford has been wonderful with my son. She is very compassionate, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable about dyslexia. Because of this, now, my son actually likes to read. He is more confident and willing to tackle what was once such a daunting task. Deciphering Dyslexia has made a world of difference in our lives!

     Using an Orton-Gillingham trained tutor for our daughter, who is profoundly Dyslexic, was essential.  Erin is thoroughly trained as a Barton tutor, which is an Orton-Gillingham based program.  My daughter has been tutoring with Erin for the past 2.5 years and has made great progress. Erin is knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and truly cares about my daughter and her progress.  We are so grateful to have found her to walk with us through this journey!

     Finding Erin and connecting her to my son has been an academic asset for several years. She is consistent and persistent and works well to encourage as well as challenge his abilities. We are all grateful for the opportunity to learn these retraining skills while being at home. My son has benefitted in tremendous ways due to Erin’s abilities personally and professionally. We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

     Thank you for ALL of your help. Carson has had tons of improvement! He sees the improvement and says his confidence has improved and wants to continue. He said it is one of those things that he doesn't want to do it, but he enjoys it while he is doing it and really sees the good it is doing for him.
